Shipping time - Europe up tp one week, North America up tp three weeks, South America, Africa, Asia and Australia up to four weeks. We ship all purchases the next day after receiving money, the given time is the time the Post Offices need to deliver.
Returning
The right to return unwanted goods has every customer, under the conditions:
- the buyer will send unwanted goods no later than 15 days from receiving, on his own cost
- the parcel will not be paid at the delivery
- the parcel will contain undamaged goods altogether with gift-box or boxes, all free bonuses and the original receipt
If these reguirements are met, money will be returned, diminished by the shipping and insurance (if appeals) cost.
Claims
If the delivered goods are incomplete, different from the ordered ones, destroyed, the fact must be reported no later than 7 days after receiving. Online shop is not responsible for the damages caused by unproper handling during delivery, as well as for lost parcels. Yet, we may make a claim in the name of the adressee, but we are not responsible for the time of paying the claim by the post, or its level. Using this website means the agreement for these conditions. |
